Use MR Blueprints. UR upgrades to MR Gear and unlocks the 5th bonus stat.

Official Gear Rules
The eight rules the game enforces under the hood.
- 1Enhancing gear boosts stats. Higher rarity unlocks higher enhancement caps and bonus stats.
- 2UR Gear promotion unlocks at Gear Workshop Lv.20.
- 3Each star rank unlocked grants bonus stats.
- 4Use UR Blueprint to promote 0–4 Star gear.
- 5Use MR Blueprint to promote 4–5 Star gear.
- 6UR promoted to 5★ upgrades to MR and activates the 5th bonus stat.
- 70–4★ gear requires 5 minor star upgrades to unlock one complete Star.
- 84★ gear can be directly promoted to 5★ using promotion items.
